Beginning Belly Dance students learn the basic posture and isolated shapes of the hips, ribcage, shoulders, head, stomach and arms. These movements take time to learn as we develop new strength. After each lesson your entire body will experience a new found control. Further studies improve muscle tone and energy flow through these natural and gentle movements specific to the art of "Belly Dance". No previous dance experience required!
