Pole Dance

Beginner Level 1

PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED!!!

Due to the nature of the dance class is limited to 10 students only.
Please make sure to register early to avoid dissapointment

This beginner course will involve learning to move with confidence
around the pole as well as mastering several pole tricks
and building a foundation for acquiring more advanced tricks.

Students will learn how to transition gracefully from standing,
to the floor, and back up and how to move the body on the floor and upright,
incorporating the pole into sensual dance movements.

Students will require shorts and ankle socks,
and should bring their own hand towel or bandana.
Please refrain from wearing jewelery or using oily body or hand lotions before class,
and be sure to bring some water!
