Our classes feature high-energy dance moves around the pole that are fun and exciting.

Pole dancing sometimes referred to as “vertical gymnastics” is an art
form on its own and empowers men and women giving them a total sense of self control.
Our Pole Fitness classes will give you an alternative or addition to your exercise program.
As you are supporting your entire body weight you will see results much
faster than you would using dumbbells or barbells at the gym (plus pole classes are a whole lot more fun!).
