When Greg and Jana taught their first Salsa class in the summer of 1999, little did they know what an overwhelming response their offering would generate.   Within two months, the class grew from 12 students to 70 students.  Initially starting it as a personal interest, Greg and Jana realized they could do what they love and make a living doing it.  Two years later they moved into their newly renovated 6000 square foot building with 2 pristinely finished studios.  Making sure not to grow too fast too quickly, Greg and Jana have made a business success of the ôlittle dance school that couldö.  ôWe want to make sure we donÆt forget what made us successful in the first placeö, Jana says.  Their success is attributed to a well balanced combination of Customer excellence, and affordable pricing. 

The husband and wife teamÆs unique style of teaching, coupled with a great sense of humour, charm, and patience has kept their students coming back for more.  ôA happy customer is a repeat customer, and in this business, you canÆt be successful unless your customer is happyö, Greg says.  ôA customer is happy when they leave the studio feeling theyÆve gotten value for their money.  This is how we can afford to offer long term contract-free lessons-we rely on our customersÆ satisfaction.ö   The StudioÆs success has allowed Greg and Jana to bring on specialist trainers that are not only highly competent, but also uphold the same values that Greg and Jana based their success on. 

Greg immigrated to Canada from Poland in 1992, and met Jana who was visiting Canada from the Czech Republic in 1999; they married shortly thereafter.  Both feel blessed to be in Canada raising their family, and having the opportunity to create the business of their dreams.  ôMaking a decent life for my children and family is important to me.  Sacrificing family time for making more money is not an option.ö, Greg says.   Greg and JanaÆs family values and commitment to their students comes across in their teaching and way of doing business.
